THE REFINED PROPOSAL (Totally not late)

 The Refined Proposal The Refining Process      After many conversations with my classmates, and very little real work done, I've gained lots of ideas, possibilities, and thoughts. One thing that was repeatedly brought up in my conversations was some ideas for what kind of artifact or thing I could make as something of a final product for my project. My project still plans on being mostly research, but being able to deliver a product based off my research would be really amazing, and probably make it more fun for me too. A couple of ideas were thrown around but making a website seemed the most reasonable. Another one that I really want to do still, even though I'm not sure how it will work out is to spend a lot of time working on the design of my blog, turning my log itself into a presentable artifact for my final project. Being able to compile what I learn from my research into a deliverable would be sweet, but I don't really know how much time that will take so my ...

THE PROPOSAL

  I copy and pasted this photo from google images, boooooo The Proposal The Thought Process I love literature. It's awesome. I think that if everyone took the time to read and consume quality literature it would have major impact on the current state of our world. There is some kind of power intrinsic to literature that allows the author to connect with and communicate with the reader on a very very human level. Through their works they are able to convey meaning and value to the consumers of their creations possibly effecting, challenging, influencing, and inspiring those people. That being said, literature doesn't actually do anything.... At least not from a technical stand point. I spent the preceding class to this diving into the power of words, but when we look at literature through a more literal and technical lens it doesn't provide any function. My favorite Brandon Sanderson book can't process a spreadsheet, or create a project, or compute mathematical equations...
